The Transaction Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting your agents by managing all aspects of real estate transactions from execution of contract through closing. This role requires clear communication with clients, agents, title companies, and lenders, as well as expert coordination and documentation management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all assigned real estate files to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Coordinate and file all necessary documentation using the company's CRM and digital systems
- Communicate professionally and consistently with clients, agents, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout each transaction
- Provide regular updates to clients and respond to general inquiries
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain thorough knowledge of team programs, procedures, and compliance standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support process improvements
- Identify errors in documentation and alert the appropriate contact in a timely manner, following proper process to correct errors promptly

Qualifications
- Certified REVA (Real Estate Virtual Assistant program graduate)
- Vast knowledge of Texas real estate documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email platforms, web browsers, and communication tools
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of real estate processes and documents is a plus
